6. Booking Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a consultation with B.P. Greycastle, you confirm that you have read and agree to the cancellation policy and booking conditions.
• Schedule a consultation
- Zoom, Google Meet and phone consultations are to be paid for beforehand via Paypal or bank transfer.
- Scheduling will be done through a calendar on Calendly where the available dates are reflected.
- Interested participants in the consultation will receive an email once an appointment is made. It will have in detail the consultation process as well as the payment options.
- Policy on lateness, cancellation and no-shows:
- Please let us know through email at least 24-hour advance if you intend to reschedule the consultation. If you reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment, and this is subject to B.P. Greycastle’s availability. We will only allow one reschedule per appointment, so please be absolutely certain you can make it on your rescheduled time.
- If you cancel before the 24-hour window, your money shall be refunded. But note that third party commission i.e. payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
- No Shows: If you do not give us this advance notice, your fee for the appointment will be forfeited. B.P. Greycastle can only spare you 15 minutes waiting time, otherwise you will be considered a no show. If you are late, you will forfeit that time, and your consultation will finish at the originally scheduled time. So, please send an email if you need to reschedule.
- If you provide false or misleading information at the time of booking, we may cancel your booking and no refund will be provided. Name Colorology reserves the right to cancel any consultations . Name Colorology reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without obligation to specify a reason and without liability.
- If you are disrespectful, obnoxious, or behave in a threatening manner, your consultation will be instantly terminated, and you will not receive a refund.
- All bookings are non-transferable.
- Name Colorology reserves the right to alter this cancellation policy at any time without notice.
7. Recording During Consultations
Filming, recording and/or photography of private consultations, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet (or other video call platforms) and telephone calls, is only permitted with the express authorisation of B.P. Greycastle, which may be granted verbally at the start of the reading. If permission is granted to film, photograph and/or record a private session, it is granted solely on the basis that the film, photographs and/or recordings are to be used for personal use only by the client, and remains the intellectual property of Name Colorology. You agree that any such material will not be published, posted online, shared and/or otherwise disseminated without the express written and signed authorisation of B.P. Greycastle and Name Colorology.
8. Revisions and Errata
